1/2 Cup Sea Salt or Epsom Salts
1/2 Cup of baking soda
10-20 drops essential oil
Add salt, soda, and essential oils to bath, or to an airtight container.
For best detox results, relax in the bath for at least 30 minutes.
Drink a glass of water before the bath to stay hydrated.
It is suggested after your detox, allow your body to rest. Enjoy a detox bath, just before bed.
Lighting candles and playing music, helps set the relaxation mood.
